It was my first time of using this service and after reading reviews I didn't expect something nice.. But I've got only positive feelings. I came in the morning so found a space for parking. There was no queue inside, so picked up my order very quickly. The staff was polite and everybody spoke English.

The employees of the Limassol District Post Office come across as helpful, friendly and doing a good job in challenging circumstances.

Closing at 2.30pm seems a bit early for a public service. So many colleagues are often absent from work to visit public services that don't have convenient opening hours for working people; another hidden cost to businesses in Cyprus.

In the same building resides the Tax Office and the KE.PO. Lots of parking spaces around the building but virtually all are taken by the staff. Few parking spaces for customers. Parking chaos with cars strewn all about.

Sure you have to queue if collecting a parcel, even more so due to Covid-19, it's not a problem!

Friendly, prompt, efficient service. The place now resembles the inside of an Amazon distribution warehouse, obviously it was never planned for such a volume of parcels, no different to many other post office collection hubs.

I was in, processed, out in fair time. Parking is nothing unexpected for the area so prepare to find a spot and get on with it.

3rd world country postal services a national embarassment just like all public services in Cyprus. Use at your own risk, even sending a package from Limassol to Nicosia can take more than 1 month

A package was sent to me from Netherlands but i never received it. They just sent it back to Netherlands without even contacting with me. They had all the information on that package as simple as call could be nice or a text message. The person who sent it to me contacted the staff to ask where the package was, and they just started yelling at him. The staff is TERRIBLE and you can see it from all the reviews from this place. (i am a person who daily receives mails, and always have my id and tracking number with me, but when the stuff is not even willing to help or behave nicely then there is a huge problem there.)

It is very difficult to find a parking slot. Most probably you will have to park your car at a private parking at the other side of the road; and pay Unacceptable

This is the main Post office in Limassol. big items sent to you may end up here for you to collect. Staff here also helpful and all speak English

worst service, my package came today, noone called me or notifyed , it had to come to my office ( noone came) , on the website its written, reciever contacted and faild to pass the item.
now they close and sat -sun dont work , worst service ever , they dont want to work , they just write in comments whatere they want
