Terrible. This place is a rip off for every single item I’ve seen and the staff are very rude and not helpful at all. Use amazon or eshop cy if you can avoid this place.

Consistently bad customer service.

I ordered a 128Gb iPad for work which they said would take a month to arrive (not great, but ok). I called a few times to check it had arrived but was told not to worry - they would call me when it was in stock.

Eventually I went into the store (after about 5 weeks) and after being passed around between staff members I was told l they had sold it to someone else!! Apparently they couldn’t call the mobile number I had given them (a UK mobile, which I checked was ok at the time of ordering) but after complaining I received a number of calls to discuss my concerns (on the same UK mobile number)

I’ve just spent €600 on the iPad I wanted (from another store - NOT from Public). Plus I got a 2 year warranty for free; a much better deal than Public.

I’ve also had issues with repairs on a €1,000 drone I previously brought from Public. More bad customer service and long waits. It’s only 6 months old but getting them to do the repair (not user error) for free has been extremely difficult and has involved a number of angry phone calls.

I won’t be shopping in Public again.

They sell you extra insurance on your purchase for 2 to 4 years and only really cover you for one year from purchase but do not tell you about it verbally but you find out in the fine print after you go home and after you already paid the extra 50 euros. Worst experience ever with after sales service in trying to have them repair or replace the broken glass on the tablet which they refuse to as it is past the 1 year but within the 4 years coverage i paid for .The glass cost 50 euros to replace anyways. Bought many things from them and the after sales service was terrible hp laptop had issues with the graphics card from the start. Bought as well Sony telephone and several tablets issues with them too and an over priced karaoke portable speaker which costs less in other stores . Do not fall for the same trap the insurance is a scam and a way for them to rip you off and for them to make more profit as the sales people get bonus points for selling you hot air! They saved 50 euros this time but they lost all my business . I do NOT recommend them !!!!!!!!!!!!!

No one is answering at the call-center or at the shops when I call them. They sent me the wrong product and know they are not arranging to return the product and take my money back. I can't beleive I made the mistake to buy from them.. Worthless.

I recently made a purchase. The lady at the till asked me if I want to receive SMS notifications about offers, etc. I replied no thank you. I anyway received an SMS a week later.

I am just sick of SMS spamming in Cyprus. Me and the rest of Cypriots. Please stop!

Worst service i have ever experienced! We delivered a product 3 month's ago, and have not yet heard anything! We tried calling, emailing and even went to the shop (but of course customer service was closed) left a note and yet nothing! I will advise anyone who thinks about buying a product from public to rethink! And find another venue! If i could give them less than 1 star i would. 0/5!
