This is my 2nd time to Elias Beach Hotel. Both times have been amazing.
The staff are very welcoming and engaging in conversation with you.
House cleaning is spot on, always doing a top class job.
There's a vast choice of food and drink on offer, both being outstanding in quality.
Entertainment is also good, there's usual something going on in the day and a show etc at night.

Issues with reception staff!!! Terrible experience with them. Other staff in the hotel are great. Wouldn't go to this hotel again unfortunately unless I got heavy discount!!!

One of the most beautiful places I have been. Honestly, the staff in this hotel couldn't have done more to help. They were amazing. Friendly bar staff, I would go back tomorrow. Thanks again for making our holiday truly wonderful :)

A spotlessly clean hotel with friendly staff and excellent quality food. Rooms are adequate but would benefit from updating. The grounds are kept well maintained but starting to look a little tired. Very popular for weddings and functions.

We stayed at this superb hotel for 10 days in March/April 2017. It sits in in a fantastic location on the shoreline in Limassol and offers facilities for families and couples of all ages. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful and their customer service is five star, nothing is too much trouble - they really care about their guests. We are looking forward to going back very soon.

Public areas ok but rooms basic. Food mediocre and towels small. Silly system of pool towel per card. Staff extremely nice but seem to be without direction. Awful canteen style restaurant. Needs a lot of time & money invested. Best aspect is it's right on the beach which has a very pleasant promenade. The chambermaids did a very good job every day & reception and porters efficient. Nice garden area with plenty of sunbeds. At best would say it's a superior 3*
