We went in the early afternoon for lunch and to hang out on the beach, and it was about as expected. It’s a nice beach, and not too crowded though finding a place in the shade with a group took a bit of time. The food was ok - not great, but good enough when traveling with small children. The snorkeling isn’t great by Curaçao standards (there are much better places for snorkeling or diving) but there are fish to see. A good family outing, but not a must see.

Pretty beach! We came on Easter Monday, so we had to pay $7 for parking. It’s a long drive from the main road to the actual beach. The parking lot was pretty full, as we came around 3:00pm that day, but still found a spot as people are continuously coming and going. We just went for snorkeling (on our own - we had our own gear), and we were all going so we left phones and wallets under seats of our rental. We found a place to dig our keys in the sand and drop our shoes off all the way to the left of the beach where the major rock is - where it’s much emptier. There were A LOT of people there - tourists & locals loud music everything, lots of sunbathing, lots of swimming also, water is very salty! Takes a while to get used to when first getting in. Overall, beautiful beach and awesome views! (Sorry for no pics - left our phones in the car!)

You can relaxenjoy the warm waterand the sun.
It's a public beachbut not so crowded
You can drive with the car or you can take the bus from Otrobanda.
Visit this beautiful place and see this blue and crystal clear water.
The water temperature is between 26 and 28 °C.
You can bring your own food and beveragesThere is somebody, where you can buy food and drinks and souvenirs.

Beautiful beach with some shady spots, a couple of friendly wild pigs looking to share you lunch with you, loungers to rent at a reasonable rate. Don't forget your snorkel, there's plenty of sea life to see! 😎

Lovely beach ! It is one of the most popular beaches on the island. Entrance fee is 12.50 guilders per car. In addition you can bring your own food and drinks. Nevertheless food and drinks are sold at the bar/ restaurant. You will enjoy it for sure. Give it a try !

$6.00 US dollars per car and $3.00 per beech chair. Road from pay booth is horrible. Where is all the entrance fees going. The beech chairs are hard and uncomfortable. Once you are there, it is beautiful, the reason for the 3 stars. If you want to go swimming, this is not your beech, 15 feet of coral rock to walk over before you can swim. Food was ok and drinks where reasonably priced. It's a very picturesque beach, but not for me.

It's a movie-scene. It's surreal. Takes awhile to be present here so that one understands the greatness and the beauty of this beach and its surroundings. It's huge.

Nice enough beach. There are a lot of large stones in the water until you reach about chest deep which made this beach not so enjoyable for us. The sand is nice, but the beach chairs are plastic and not the most comfortable. Definitely not my favorite beach on the island.

Loved this beach. It is our favorite. Amazing snorkeling and awesome white sand. You can rent chairs for 6$ us each. There is also a 6$us entry fee to the park that is well worth it. Snorkeling is good along the shore but also out in the middle of the bay. We are going back to this one.

Beautiful sandy beach, with amazing colored sea. In the beginning of the sea there are big stones. It's a beautiful underwater world, take your equipment with you if you come to this place. The sunbeds are in plastic and not comfortable to spend the day. Take something soft with you and it will be much better. There is a lot of shade, a lot of trees. The food is good, the staff is not friendly because they have a lot of work. It is not a clean place where they prepare the smoothie.

Beautiful beach, but costs to get in, then you have to pay for food and drinks, too. Those drinks and the food are excellent, but service, like everywhere else on the isle, is slooooooow. Get two drinks at once!

There are nicer beaches on the island that don't charge you for parking and where the sand isn't 50% cigarette butts. Once in the water it was nicer but still not worth paying for when you can have the same, or better, for free not that far away.
Beach chairs were uncomfy plastic ones and pretty dirty.
A disappointment.

The scenery was beautiful! The coral that lines the beach will destroy your feet! I cleared a path through the sand just to enter the water. My wife made fun of me doing it, until everyone on the beach started using my pathway. LOL This was our first and will def. be our last time here.

Amazing beach for just $6 per car entrance fee; white sand and crystal blue water. Beach was very clean and you can find all the utilities you need: shower, toilets, (snack)bar, dive shop/club and chairs for rent. The road towards the beach (app 10 min. drive) was very bumpy & muddy, but other than that: a must visit!
