Me and my wife had mix grill and red snapper. The grill was very good the meat was not stale it was very tender and well spiced. The fish was also very good not to muchi and not over cooked. The service was great as soon as you walk in your greeted with smile's very polite. All in all it was great.

The third visit was challenging to say the least. My parents had enjoyed their first two visits but when we went on a Monday night the restaurant was so full that the kitchen and the staff were unable to keep up with the orders. We received our meal in stages. The first dishes came out an hour and a half after we had arrived. The third dish came out 15 minutes after that. The fourth dish came out 15 minutes later. The food was fine but it was very difficult to enjoy our meal waiting for the food to arrive. When we asked the staff and then the manager to take off an appropriate amount from the bill we were told that they could only manage a 10% discount. At this point we had been in the restaurant for over two hours and we felt that this was an incomplete acceptance of their failure. Finally, we had assumed that there would be salsa dancing as that was what was advertised. We did not ever see salsa dancing. It’s possible that it was happening in another room, but it was over before we could finish our meal, because it took so long.

Hate when people smoke while I'm eating, it's very inconsiderate also had to sent back meat to be cooked well although we asked for a well done cooked meat

Place was below average. Service was slow But not just like regular slow. Like waiter walk past u without even giving you a menu for 10 min slow. Salsa lesson was good. Food took a long time to come out. I ordered bread and shrimp.. We left and went somewhere else for dinner

Best food I've had during my stay in Curaçao!! Flawless service and lovely atmosphere.

The only downside is that if you're staying at one of the resorts outside of Jan Thiel, you likely need a car to get there for dinner. For Jan Thiel I've seen that they've arranged a shuttle bus which is great!

Landhuis Brakkeput Mei Mei, Mei Mei means halfway but this is absolutely a stunning location. Be aware of the lots of wind though since it's situated on a higher area.
This all is made good by the terrific view, wonderfull play ground for the little ones, a midget golf course and a very cozy semi outdoor restaurant.

Definitely worth the visit.
