A family hotel. It features casino, game room, sauna and spa, beautifull beach and spacious rooms.

No Wi-Fi, no shuttle, no elevator, front desk takes over 30 min to help with anything. Dingy, dirty, unkept and not worth the price. Beds are hard, dirty mirrors, and table. “Garden view” is of a parking lot, and the balcony door didn’t even open. $35 1 way for taxis, can walk to the main strip of stores, not advised at night.

Needs an upgrade urgently. Although the swimming pool area and the beach look nice, the inner corridors that lead to the rooms look like a horror movie.

Avoid like the plague. This “hotel” has no service, dirty dingy rooms and hallways that make you feel like you’re in a dungy. First room we checked, hairs, big long black hairs everywhere. Pubic hairs in the bathroom and on the floor by the bed! Demanded a second room, same issue but add a chip on the floor covered with ants. Third room we received was in the different building, so-called different housekeeping. Well i put the key, open the door, and there’s a lady sitting on her bed in her room! That’s a major security issue!!!
Run like hell, i demandedmymoney back and checked in elsewhere!

Hotel is dated. In need of renovation yesterday. Air Conditioning doesn't work well. 25 Celsius to 30 Celsius in rooms at all times of the day. Bed is very stiff. Sheets were clean but blankets need a good wash. Ant problem. No towel racks to hang towels in bathroom. Bring your own soap because there is none in the rooms. Wall outlets need replaced so be careful where you plug your electronics into. Half the lamps in the rooms don't work. They are building a pier behind the hotel so you get to hear a hydraulic hammer pound steel pipes into the sea floor all day long. Should be your last option to stay. Would not stay here again.

The place is very old and outdated. The carpet smells disgusting and the hallways smells like strong chemicals(hospital). The rooms are moderate and the balcony chairs are rusty and old. The grounds outside are very nice and pleasant. The receptionist was not too helpful as she did not know anything about the area. The housekeeping is very friendly. The breakfast was moderate, and most of the facilities were old and outdated.

Place is dirty and outdated, hotel does not have working restaurant to serve breakfast, lunch or dinner. They will sell you breakfast included in your room rate and give you a voucher for a ham and cheese sandwich at Dennys' Restaurant (also very outdated restaurant). Shame since hotel is located in a prime location 5 minutes of downtown.

Cheap hotel and has basic facilities. Rooms are nothing flashy. The plus side is the breakfast included.

Nothing fancy, but the pool is great and there is plenty of beach space to lounge. There is a tiny shop in the lobby to buy sunscreen, snacks, and souvenirs etc. The bar is decent as well as the food. The staff is very friendly. The location is a 20 minute walk to the beginning of the town. I gave it three stars because it does need some improvements to the decor (a tad dated) and the beach is pretty rocky.

Rooms are terrible. Outdoors areas are OK. Beach beautiful, but extremely stoney sand!!! Pool not clean and not interesting for kids. Safe in room worked great. Reception does not have good service. Wifi free in rooms but not good at all!!

Horrible experience (The rooms are cheap for a reason)

    - My room was overbooked; I was offered a cheaper room. No refund
    - Poor front desk service, terrible attitude, management rarely available.
    - Room poorly cleaned (hair and used tissues found around the place).
    - Smelly mattress, pillows and sheets.
    - Shower sink clogged.
    - Old & damaged furniture, tv, kitchen supplies etc.
    - Gym in poor condition, broken equipment, dirty and old.
    - Cement like beach covered with sand (the white sand on the pictures is a deception)
    - No equipment available for tennis, basketball and volleyball court.
    - No hotel activities besides casino.

Only positive note: It is located close to the city.

    Tips
Rooms are overbooked all the time. Call hotel in advance. Getting a refund will cost you more stress than necessary.

Force to stay here on business. I'm sure this place was nice several decades ago. Hallway carpet was awful, must not have been replace in 20+ years. Bad seals on the sliding glass door made it impossible to keep humidity/mold out of the room. Rats were common in the hotel grounds and located adjacent to stagnant water made this place a breeding ground for mosquitos. On the positive, the beach area was nice and good diving on the house reef. The dive shop at the resort was great with an awesome staff.
