Villa Merci, Adela Azcuy, Viñales, Cuba“Great place to stay. Located in vinales which is actually really interesting if you want to see how the locals live. About a 10-15 minute walk (or a very quick ride) to the touristy parts. Room was clean and comfortable. and very quiet, neither seems to be anywhere in Havana.Yelenis Rodríguez is wonderful. she was able to direct us to everywhere we needed to go, and even called a few places for us to make dinner reservations. She also cooked us delicious breakfast and equipped us with a map, which came in quite handy!”

We spent such a lovely time with Yelenis in her house. Yelenis is very welcoming and her family is really lovely. We had the opportunity to speak with her for hours. We were not only renting a room in her house, she really made us feel like at home and part of the family. She is a real chef so much so that we ate at her house every evening. She also recommend and arranged for us excursions. It is a real little gem in Vinales :)
