Nice place for vacation, if you like to do snorkeling instead of just swimming. Excellent entertainment every evening. Food is average, some days and some dishes are hits, some are misses. Food is better in 3 restaurants they have. Good location if you are planning to visit Havana city.

The resort had everything we needed: large room with balcony and sea view (even if we hadn't paid for a sea view room), lovely pool, nice beach, good service. The room was not luxurious, it was good and after a while the food became a bit boring. That said, I am not sure how different that is from other all inclusive resorts that are not super expensive.

Nice hotel, the food is good. But I would not recommend eating at the international restaurant, the attempt at European cooking has just turned out to be peculiar, with combinations that don’t go and strange service. You can snorkel directly from the beach, and the pool is nice. Recommended.

The hotel was extremely bright and cheerful. The rooms were above my high expectations and the cuisine was EXCELLENT! I recommend for family holidays but never go in the hurricane season, this is the mistake we made The hotel we were staying at was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy so we were transferred to Memories.

The room was clean and confortable. The food was not great and there was not a lot of options. No wifi but there is a computer you can pay to surf online. But if you are looking for calm place to rest its the best place.

I don't understand any of the few negative reviews of this resort. My wife and I, along with friends and family were here from Dec 25 to Jan 1st.
I found the food was the best of any resort we had previously stayed at . This was our 5th visit to Cuba and now this is our favorite resort. Kiki who is one of the managers was there everyday helping staff and guests. I witnessed genuine affection between him and staff and believe it to be a happy place to work. We were well pampered for the week and found the entertainment very enjoyable especially New Years Eve. If you are not happy with this place i can't help you.response / report this review -

WOW! Great Food, unlimited fresh buffet, also Italian, Cuban, International, seafood, Always Friendly Staff, Lots to Do, Close to La Havana and Varadero for day trips, Excellent beach with coral reef, fish, coral, catamaran ride flying fish, performances nightly dance opera fashion show, retro night, disco piano bar pool activities, yoga, tennis, message, hiking most of all authentic friendly kind atmosphere. Outstanding! True lasting memories!

We had a great time here during Spring Break 2015. The room was comfortable. The staff were excellent. The food was very good. I would return any time.

Friendly and clean resort, I loved the staff! They are always happy to help you with anything. I loved how we can book an individual tour guide/car for the entire day at a very low cost (cheaper than the excursions), plus you don't have to be with a group! There were three restaurants in the resort. Buffet style breakfast/lunch/dinner. The only downer was, there wasn't a variety of food options, the food could be quite bland at times. But that was the only negative I can think of, nothing else. The room was clean. I loved how the resort was away from everything, a real way to unwind yourself from the world and stress.

Hôtel très moyen, chambre en décrépitude, TV non fonctionnelle, tringle à rideaux cassée Frontdesk efficace et sympathique. Le counter à sandwich nocturne est rarement ouvert, la personne qui y travaille préfère aller fumer et rire avec ses amis, dommage. Jolie plage qui mériterait d'être un peu plus propre.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!Alles war sehr sauber!Das Personal ist unaufdringlich und man hat eine tolle Ausgabgslage um Havanna und Varadero zu besuchen!

Eine sehr gute 4* Hotelanlage! Toller, stets freundlicher Service. Es gibt 4 A-la carte Resturants und ein Buffetresturant, alle SUPER! Außerdem gibt es 3 Bars, darunter die Lobby-Bar, welche 24 Stunden geöffent hat und für vielllll reichlich Rum ist gesorgt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber ebenso die Hotelanlage. Der Strand lädt zum Schnorchel ein (Wasserschuhe nicht vergessen!!!). Die Animation ist nicht aufdringlich. Im Spa kann man sich verwöhnen lassen. Ein muss: mit dem Oldtimer nach Havana! Rundum ein sehr schönes, gute Hotel und würde es wieder buchen!
