Building is in terrible state, stuff falls of the walls, our bathtub had a huge hole in the middle, only one elevator out of 4 is working. You have to spend at least 10$ to get to the city centre. The food was also disappointing. I recommend finding a nice casa particular in Havana vieja which will be cheaper and so much nicer than this place

I have been in two gran caribe group hotels and i am not going newer again. The pictures from the hotel are hoax. The hotel is in worst codition i have ever seen. The rooms were unclean and in crappy condition. One ewening it was raining and the water was comming trough the roof to hallways and even on the buffet floor. Only one working elevator some times u had wait for up to 5 minutes to the elevator to come down. The buffet food was not good, and the staff was unfriendly didn`t even seem to notice the clients sometimes. The hotels broucher had 3 restaurants listed but none of them was open except the buffet.

Worst hotel I have ever been in around the world. If you are thinking of staying here just don't. Don't believe any of the reviews saying it is nice. It was horrible.

This place was a hole. Cleanish but a complete hole. I have stayed at a lot of places around the world but this rates as a -3*. Was checked into the the Havana Riviera but due to some mechanical issues they stuck me here. Do I hear refund, hmmmm not yet.
