As an American who has lived in a third world country and traveled extensively, this hotel was great. If you are the picky, 5 star hotel type, keep looking. If you’re chill, well traveled, and understanding of the fact that you’re in an underdeveloped country, book it! This place has a pool, a darn good breakfast every morning, a 24 hour bar with the nicest staff, clean rooms, and hot water. Be aware that it is not centrally located so you’ll have to cab it home at night. Great cigar shop and lounge inside the hotel along with spa and massages! I would certainly stay here again.

Nice hotel located in the district of Miramar, close to other hotels in the area and many other attractions, bars, private restaurants. This hotel has a great swimming pool.

My wife and I have been travelling in this hotel during the last months and had a wonderful time. Our room was clean and comfortable even though the breakfast buffet was not that impressive but in any case, more than suitable for us.

Place needs some serious overhaul. Quite far from old Havana but frequent shuttle into downtown free of charge! Friendly helpful staff!

Four Points Sheraton is a one to two star hotel. It is NOT centrally located and is expensive and not worth the rate. There are other 100 year old hotels in or near Havana Vieja (like Hotel Sevilla and Ambos Mundos) are better than Four Points in Havana. Don't waste your time and money just because Four Points says "Sheraton".

Excellent Hotel by Cuban standards. The beds are the best I have slept in and I have been to Cuba many times. Big super clean pool with food and beverage service. Staff speaks very good English.

Stayed here for 1 night at the start of my tour. It a '5 star' hotel but for Cuba. For Cuba, this was amazing. The rooms were spacious and looked upscale. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very large and varied with a pancake bar.

Don't go there!!!

I made a reservation and paid on their website. But after arrival, reception women said that they cannot find any reservation record and recommended to pay again and stay. She promised to find my online reservation and cancel it.

When check-out, she said that as a matter of fact, hotel doesn't have any website and everyone should pay directly. !!!! Then ignored me.

If you look at the google map information about this hotel, you can easily find the website. I paid on the website.

I am planning to ask international police to check about this website robber. Because if she's right, this site should be blocked.

I liked Cuba. But I do not because of the awful experience in the hotel.

They were very rude and disrespectful. They did not respect our privacy nor did they give us service when we needed them. They did not give us a glance to see if we needed help, they just passed by our table.They are also racist, I am Asian so when we went to the Olivo Restaurant (if it's not the coreect name, I apologize), my family and I saw that they have tables outside so we wanted to do that. When we got our food and drinks, we were headed towards the door to choose a table but they stopped us. They told us that we were not allowed to bring food outside, they didn't ask what we wanted or anything. I thought that there is a fee extra to sit outside or whatnot but they didn't notify or tell us that information. But when a white family or couple does it (I'm sorry for being like this) they don't say anything about it, they just let them go out. They glance at my family and I like we're thieves and I do not want that to be happening to anyone else.
