  Hotel Colina gets an 'okay' rating. The rooms are among the cleanest I've seen, across multiple hotels in Cuba. The bathroom is organized well, and the bed was quite comfortable.
  Unfortunately we did encounter water issues similar to previous reviews.

  Good clean place, centrally located by the university. includes good breakfast spread. must have the croquettes.
  staff is super friendly. rooms are a bit dated but have A/C and clean rooms. good for the traveler on a budget

  My favourite budget hotels in Havana.
  Excellent location, it's a no thrills place.
  Nice service and good breakfast buffet every morning.
  Located across the University of Havana, it's a crossroads of bus lines, so if you sit at the outside café and enjoy a drink or two, you will have a great time watching the locals passing by.
