I stayed here mid-January 2018. This place was especially disappointing as these were my first two days in Cuba. There was never anyone at the front desk to ask even the most basic of questions. I wandered the streets to try to find a large bottle of water to buy and the next day at breakfast I found that the refrigerator at the outdoor rooftop cafe stored large bottles of water which were for sale. I also needed information about how to get into the place, especially after hours. There is a buzzer system. I had to figure it out myself. The cafe menu was very limited. At breakfast eggs were not available. And my sink clogged.

I LOVE Kelly and her staff! This place is amazing and their food is incredible too! Do not miss it

Cumple con las espectativas que ofrece a los visitantes, siempre se agradeceria la wifi para internet pero bueno es algo que en general todos los hostales de cuba en su mayoria carecen.

Tolles Ambiente _ fürsorglich _ optimale Lage _ sehr freundlich _ ich liebte die Suppen _ sehr gerne wieder _ mir hat es sehr gut gefallen
