Great location, lovely casa and perfect hosts. Casa Maura is the ideal place from which to explore both Havana Vieja and Centro Havana.

My son and I stayed at Casa Maura for three nights in July and loved it. The casa is in an excellent location within walking distance to several museums, many points of interest and the Prado. Maura is very friendly and gave us great advice and tips about Havana. We felt very safe walking around the neighborhood at all hours of the night. The casa itself is very comfy and was absolutely spotless. And the AC worked great which we were very happy about after walking around in the heat all day! Will definitely stay here again if I am lucky enough to travel to Cuba again.

Estuve en varias casas en mi estancia en Cuba, la de Maura y Orlando es inigualable, me sentí mejor que en mi casa. Todo es bueno, desde la ubicación hasta las sábanas y el trato, ni se diga. Me sentí como reina y por un excelente precio. Definitivamente vuelvo con ellos.

Totalmente recomendable !!! Quiero volver ! La calida atención de sus dueños tanto de Maura como Orlando es sensacional , te asisten en todo lo necesario, el lugar es muy cómodo para los huéspedes y la limpieza del lugar es mejor que en un hotel 5* , los desayunos exquisitos y la ubicación es lo mejor ! Volveremos!

We spent a couple of nights at Casa Maura. She was a perfect host, room was nice and clean. Breakfasts were the best we had! She even helped us get transportation to Trinidad within short notice. Her husband was also very helpful.

Brilliant! Highly recommended. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was fantastic. Casa Maura is exactly what you see, no surprises. Just off Prado Street which is one of the main Avenues. There were 3 sources of air in the room (real new aircon, fan, and the ceiling fan). Super clean. Good bathroom too. Great breakfast and they genuinely go out of their way to help but aren't in the way. They were reliable, responded to emails quickly and they organised a taxi to pick us up from the airport. And there was a lift to the apartment. The breakfast was also really good.

We spent a wonderful time in Casa Maura, she and her husband are very kind, reliable and helpful hosts! The room with bathroom was perfect, comfortable and clean. Our breakfasts were excellent! Maura arranged everything we needed, and, which was of great comfort, taxi's to/from the airport. We would definately come back again.

Excelente casa a pocos pasos del Malecón y del corazón de la Habana vieja. Habitaciones amplias, muy limpias y con todas las comodidades. Los desayunos muy buenos y el trato de la familia excelente. Maura nos ayudó con recomendaciones de la ciudad y contratando transporte hasta Cienfuegos.
Cuando volvamos a la Habana repetiremos en Casa Maura.response / report this review -

Casa Maura una delle più pulite che ho visto a L'Avana , i proprietari sono persone molto gentili ed educati, mai invadenti sempre disponibile, le canere sono tutte con il bagno interno, e cassaforte, aria condizionata, pulitissime. La colazione abbondante, con succhi di frutta naturali fatti da loro, dolci, e salato.
Posizione ottima per visitare la città e godere dello spirito habanero

CASA MAURA it is more than a simple B&B, is an exceptional House, besides the attributes that can have other, how the unbeatable location, the cleaning, the comfort, the security, the delicious breakfasts, that that more it distinguishes it it is the treatment from Maura to the guests, its concern for that you/they feel comfortable, guiding them so that they enjoy its visit in Cuba, its clean smile, gives you trust from the first moment.
