On this, the most quiet central street in town (Chinchiquira is a dead-end street — parallel to main street Maceo — which
passes by the town's City Hall Square), Bernardo — who acquired experience on a nearby Ancon beach hotel — "We rent three
bedrooms with terraces and balconies decorated with plants and with great privacy, retaining its charm with frescoed
ceilings and wooden roof tiles and furnished with ancient pieces of great historical value.
The first bedroom (Habi1) is up a first flight of a narrow stairway from the living room to a two-bedded room on the front
of the casa with ensuite (spotless and all white) and arched doors to its own balcony overlooking a short stretch of
Chinchiquira.
From the back of the casa, behind the kitchen, a corkscrew stairway leads up to the third ac bedroom (Habi 3) located back
of the casa with its private terrace (overlooking Sarahi's patio next door), fridge, table, chairs and ornemental plants
where guests can enjoy breakfasts and dinners.
On the same floor is the second ac bedroom (Habi2) with both a front end and a back end balcony, two double beds, fridge
and fan, dresser. commode and antique beds. Even further up (!) a sun roof.
