I went in December and got about 75 mosquito bites. It was too cold to enjoy swimming and there was seaweed scattered all over the beach. Seems terrible but no I had a great time. Cuba is amazing and I will be back for sure! It's so safe in this country and the people are really friendly. I enjoyed the cigar bar listening to the piano guy playing Godfather while smoking a Monte Cristo sipping on some whisky. There is a pool table to. Go off resort to get some fresh Lobster tail dinner for only 10CUC.

Absolutely loved it, I'd love to go back for another week and not be stuck in this crappy Canadian weather. Resort had really helpful and friendly employees. Seemed more of a family resort. The night stage shows were entertaining, the amenities are decent, the rooms were great. It is the last resort all the way at the end of strip so the taxi rides into Varadero city are a bit more compared to other resorts (20 pesos).

Went over Christmas. Had a good time. The staff were super nice. Food was ok. The beach and pool were fabulous.

Lovely resort. The staff were definitely the highlight - Everyone was friendly, fun, and very helpful. We enjoyed our meals and drinks interacting with the staff. Great shows also. Food was on par with what you can expect in this area of Cuba - Drinks and coffee were fantastic. Although some people may complain that this resort is the farthest from town, a cab ride doesn't generally cost more than it does at other resorts - And it's a great opportunity to ride in a classic convertible.

Do not stay in this resort! Worst vacation ever. The resort has 4 swimming pools, 3 pool bars and a cigar bar but you can only use one old pool if you pay a basic guestroom. The other 70% amenities is reserved for suite guests and they would not even let you walk in there. Totally Absurd. You are divided in classes and people are rude to you if you pay the basic price. Food is terrible and old most of the time.

Stay away from this resort! Extremely poorly maintained, rooms not clean, sheets not changed every day, mould on bread! This is not even close to a 5 star resort!

A beautiful all-inclusive vacation resort with long stretch of white sand beach. A variety of food choices in the buffet restaurant. Plenty of entertainment activities, including night shows, kids club, beach sports, etc. Best part -- unlimited drinks. Great place for a family vacation to relax on the beach or enjoy the pools.

Wish I could give this place zero stars, dont go to this hotel is absolutely filthy and the staff is very rude ,had to leave after one night very disgusting

i would not rate this resort a five stars..but a 3 unfortunately maybe even a 2 it has potential to make this a five stars...but is not! our stay was mid july this year for ten days ...and we were very disappointed..overall...The STAFF everyone especially at the lobby front desk and most of all the BAR area....were the best...always with a smile, friendly, so this made our stay very pleasant. Our room was nice,,,okay ..but would need improvement....forgot to bring us towels or water bottles...we had to ask for ...at one time the water bottle when opened smelled...and it was from the tap!! Also the buffet area where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner...the food very very disappointed and NO AIR CONDITION....yup NO AIR CONDITION....it was unbearable!!!! One night were having supper with friends....and we asked for white wine...my husband when drinking the wine...what is this? it was from a wine bottle,...it was WATER...the lady came to excuse her herself one thousand times....the wine was always hot....not cool...always the same food...the cheeses...warm....coldcuts...warm.. What the HECK!! The snack bar the food ..lets not get into that..awful! The pool not clean.......Sadly there was an incident someone fell/slipped on the floor ..the night before i believe it had rained and water on the floor ...when in the morning while walking to the buffet ..we saw blood...and on our return the blood was still on the floor...no one No One came to clean it up ..my stomached turned... The medical center went in once to ask for a band aid...they told us to go to the pharmacy which was on the other side of our hotel at the Marina Varadero to buy!...I have to say thought that the shows at night were FANTASTIC...all the dancers...bravo ...great job!!!!!! The entertainment was great! thank you! THE WORST WAS THE MOSQUITOS....i was stung..bitten....in the lobby , buffet , where we had to seat during the shows...OMG..they were everywhere.....IT WAS HORRENDOUS. the resort was not sprayed.or what!!!!!!..stayed at another resort another time .....we can say we will never go back and will not recommend this place.

Got food poisoning from resort food. Rooms are very dirty. Towel service takes forever. Nice beach view though. Resort workers (the so-called dancer who was cleaning tables, you know who you are) stole my mother's phone.

Bonjour. Nous sommes revenus hier. Nous étions situés très près de la plage (bloc 12) et cela a été vraiment agréable. La bouffe ? bien... c'est Cuba plutôt ordinaire. On se débrouille aux pâtes. Plage suberbe, pas trop d'achalant sur la plage et volume musique raisonnable. Hôtel Très propre et personnel super gentil surtout Iyolexis au buffet. Nous avons pris l'excursion des crocodiles (Baie des Cochon). Super sauf le guide Nestor et son air de cochon.... Le chauffeur pareil...et ils demandent du pourboire...Le guide prof d'histoire au retour à l'aéroport: excellent !

Food and drink, pretty good. Room sucks. Service, so so. Entertaiment, so, so. 5 star resort?? No way. I've been in 2 star hotels 200% better than this one. No recomend anyone.

All Inclusive 4 start resort. Good place bring kids. Kids day care, pool, and evening kids program available. It is not 5 star resort. Good clean beach.

The world is a very good place if you want to relax and vacation. In December, the sea water almost tepid. The room was spacious and clean well conditioned.
The meals and beverage consumption is only limited by self-control.
The staff is very friendly. Everyone is smiling and responsive.
I come here many times, if there were 10 thousand kilometers of lakóhelyemtöl.
I liked the garden, it is true that a poor night lighting.
The evening shows are very good, the highlight was an international show and dancers.
Worse place ever you go.
