Surprised by the negative reviews. They had by far the best customer service of the two companies we rented from. Viwolf was very responsive via their Whatsapp account. They came and blew up our tire with air within 30 minutes of us having an issue. We also had an engine problem and they towed the vehicle from the location + washed the inside and outside (which was covered in sand). Regarding the deposit issue from other reviewers -- they returned our deposit on the spot when they came to pick up the vehicle from our villa. Highly recommend.

No problem with ATV itself however took nearly a month for our security deposit to be returned. Would not recommend!

It also happened to me: I still didn't receive back the deposit ($300) that I paid to rent a quad-bike in MARCH 2020. Very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent with ViWolf.

This is a SCAM. It has been over one month since we returned our atv and we have still not received our 200 usd deposit back. After several weeks they told us that it is the bank and that we should get the money back soon. We are now back in our home country and have tried calling several times and now they suddenly don’t pick up or answer anymore.
