I first discovered anti-aging Costa Rica in an ad on a airplane magazine. I was skeptical at first but after speaking with them on the phone I knew I chose the right place! I traveled to their location in San Jose from the U. S. and have had nothing but an excellent experience! Their Professionalism as well as their attention to detail really put me at ease! They made me feel like I was their only patient! Dr. Jeff was absolutely outstanding! He and I continue to communicate! I’m able to have my labs drawn in the United States and then sent to him and we discuss. He gives me lots of great advice and my health could not be better. I am 54 years old and I feel like a 25-year-old… And I also look like one LOL. My body fat has gone probably from about 15% down to about 6%. I highly recommend Dr. Jeff and his wonderful staff at anti-aging Costa Rica!! A big thank you goes out to them!

Very knowledgeable and professional! The first consultation with Dr Jeffrey he explained the importance of understanding how my body was performing, he assisted me with completing the lab work, then explained all the results thoroughly and provided different options for HRT. Over the last year of treatment there has been a huge increase in my mental clarity, energy levels, productivity and overall well being. If I would have known about these options and had someone to explain it to me clearly I would have started years ago! Thank you!

Dr. Ugalde and his team at Anti-Aging have helped me regain levels of energy and vigor that have been slowly escaping me as the years and mileage compound on my body.
