  We booked a massage for 90 minutes, but only got 60 minutes. Also the massage was avarage maximally.

  This place is a scam and to be avoided at all cost. This is the worst massage and experience I have ever had.
  
  I went here last Sunday at 6pm. They had initially told me that for an hour massage it would cost $20,000 colones because of a special. However when I got there they told me it was actually $50 (30,000 colonnes). Clearly they were trying to squeeze more money out of me and take advantage of me. When I told them this is not the initial price they told me they then said it is actually $40 (25,000 colonnes). I tried again to tell them that they said 20,000 colonnes but they said the exchange rate they use is different ($1 = 500 colonnes) instead of the market rate $1 = 600 colonnes. Again they tried to squeeze more money and scam me.
  
  For the actual massage the experience was terrible. The masseuse was not interested in providing a relaxing experience. She was very weak and after telling her three times to be a bit harder she did not take the feedback. When she told me we were done I checked the time and it had only been 45 minutes instead of the full hour. Clearly she was trying to cut corners and didn't want to spend the full hour and just simply move on with her life. I spent 5 minutes arguing with her that we did not do the full hour and finally she agreed to do another 15 minutes. But that 15 minutes was horrible because she just pressed my bones hard and didn't actually work on relaxing my muscles. Even after this additional iteration I checked the time at the end and she had only spent 10 minutes.
  
  Overall this is definitely the worst massage in experience I have ever had. Please avoid at all costs. They try to take advantage of you at every step of the massage and at the end of the day this isn't a massage it's robbery.

  I went there TWICE! The first time I was looking for the place outside and I had an appointment. They texted me that my appointment was cancelled (just as I was outside and had crossed all the night traffic) Another time they told me that I had an appointment at a certain hour, when I got there I texted them and they told me that I didn’t have an appointment?!! WTF! I wouldn’t have gone there if I knew I didn’t have an appointment and they wanted me to wait for another hour. I’ve never had any drama booking for an massage appointment like this place.

  I went to their location on google maps. I saw nothing resembling a massage studio. I called them. I was told to "go back"- I asked which direction they meant, and they did not know. They then asked me to text them. I did. No response. I called again, and they said I had to text to a different number than their main line. Why didn't they text me from that number? I don't know. Then I got their text number (hard while on the phone, to remember 8 digits), and texted. They texted me their location in google maps. Shocker, it was the same location I'd been standing at for fifteen minutes. I called them again, they said to look for an orange wooden building- no landmark or address. I gave up.
  
  Don't get out of your Uber until you're sure you know where this place is actually located!
