We ate lunch here and the food was amazing. The hotel grounds are beautiful. It is a slice of nature outside of the hustle and bustle of the city. We will definitely stay here next time we are passing through San Jose.

Rooms have to be cleaner.
Breasfast is very desorganized. People waiting in line for food and plates.

I arrived during off season, that said the staff was amazing very helpful spoke English with no communication barriers. The restaurant food was A+. The quality of ingredients on top of way the food was prepared was fantastic! I would have expected to pay more for my meal. I would recommend them highly. Was a little strange being one of two couples stay was on a Wednesday night.

Location and staff were great! A lot of bugs in the hotel. There was a dirt road in the hotel, we have to drive on from the entrance to our building. The room was a bit dated but, I was satified so I'll give 4 stars.

We had to depart for the airport at 2am. Since breakfast was included, they made us each coffee, banana bread and fruit before we left. Now that is going out of the way for customers. It takes about 20 minutes from the airport but we really liked it here.

A real little gem, clean, large plot of land all contained behind a large security wall and guards patrolling 24/7, not that they need to. Staff is attentive and polite. There is a fair bit of road noise as its on the road to Poss Volcano so try to get the rooms facing the main building.
