I can't say enough great things about this place. The house was amazing, the beach was private and beautiful and the service was top notch. We stayed at Tres Amigos over 2 years ago and still talk about our trip. We plan to return next year and know that it will be as perfect the second time around!

Costa Rica is a beautiful place. The Tres Amigos Island Villas is a little gem. It's about halfway between Jaco and Manuel Antonio, so it's not as crowded as some of the other places, but equally as beautiful. Lot's of wildlife like monkeys and butterflies, the air conditioned rooms were beautiful, the ocean was warm and fun, the rooms were really cool and clean, and the people at the Villa's were great. Definitely a VIP experience. The nature activities in the area are endless: exploring the rain forest, horseback riding, deep sea fishing, surfing. The place is pretty luxurious and the food from the chef was delicious. Pura Vida. I loved it and can't wait to go back to Costa Rica.

Only one stay, but man did they hit on simply EVERYTHING I could want in a stay. Beyond friendly and courteous service at check in, impeccably clean villa ..and a unique and cool one at that.

Excellent service. Great villas and location. My wife and I stayed for 4 nights earlier this month. Top notch service started at check- and continued with the bellhop showing us to our villa. Every staff member went out of their way to make us happy.

Best of service I've received at any hotel: bellmen, front desk, Butler service, pool staff, restaurant staff, etc. all were a cut above what I've seen anywhere else. Oceanfront Day Villas are excellent. Fantastic views. We actually spent a great deal of our weekend just relaxing in the hotel instead of going out. But i know the location makes it easy to get around And it was a great weekend in. Truly as good as it gets.

We found this hotel to be reasonably-priced for the quality and the central location. Our stay was so pleasant, we are definitely going to make this our go-to hotel for subsequent stays.
