AVOID ROBERT!! The property is great and we enjoyed staying there twice. But when we set another commitment to stay there this January with Robert, he broke his commitment to us. The day we got there, he said he had given away our reserved apartment to another family because they had offered more money at the last minute. FEO! How ugly, unkind. Stay at the Oaks if you are able, but avoid interacting with or trusting Robert.
