Good place with some cafeterias, restroom, public telephones, buses for different touristic places such as Puerto Viejo, Talamanca, Cahuita, Sixaola, and San Jose City.

Demasiado caro para los buses que tienen. Inclusive aún hay noticias de una unidad de Mepe que se había incendiado. Para lo que cobran, y considerando que algunos de sus destinos son turísticos, deberían de respetar más al consumidor y ofrecer unidades modernas con servicio de calidad

My bag was stolen on this bus because the bus driver handed it to the thief. He didn't check to see if it was really their bag, he just handed it to them. No apology or anything once it was realized. Watch your bags at every stop, get off the bus to make sure this doesn't happen to you.

Os ônibus não tem ar condicionado e os motoristas correm demais. Para uma parada rápida é ok, mas se quer comer algo, é caro e não tão bom. Quente.

Simplemente es una porquería de servicio
1-Los autobuses no cuentan con las condiciones adecuadas para un viaje tan largo,estan llenos de polvo y sin aire acondicionado.
2- Deberían de poner a disposición de la gente más buses,sí asi la demanda lo pide.
3-Por otra parte, me parece muy mal que vendar tiquetes de pie para un viaje tan extenso (dure el día viernes 5 horas y el domingo 6 horas de pie.)
4-Por ultimo, creo que los precios son excesivamente caros para el servicio tan malo que brindan.
Esto deja claro que estan unicamente por llenarse los bolsillos,y no por brindar un buen servicio al cliente.

la terminal está bien tiene los servicios necesarios. Pero la atención por parte de los choferes es muy mala las veces que viaje los conductores fueron muy groseros. Alejan al turista con tan malos tratos.

Mepe made me (a woman with multiple sclerosis) move from a seat in a disability preference row because able-bodied Australian tourists wanted the seats. I had already spent an hour standing in the aisle on the oversold bus but could not continue that way for additional three hours due to my condition, which I brought to the attention of the bus driver to no avail. I ended up stranded in Limon and buying a second ticket on another bus line, one with assigned seating.
