I had to get to the Liberia Airport from Tamarindo and booked this through Tamarindo Transfers & Tours with ease. The driver on the day was great and I was able to book this on the same day.

Great experience for us. We booked our airport shuttle with ease. Arrival and return both drivers were very nice and arrived early. We requested booster seats for our 2 children and both shuttles were equipped and ready with the booster seats. Would definitely book again in the future!

My husband and I just returned from Tamarindo with our 6 month old daughter. I pre booked a private shuttle from our house rental to the airport for a 7am flight. Upon booking, I provided the booking agent with the house name and location. 24 hours prior to departure I re-confirmed the booking and was assured that the driver would know where to pick us up. Our shuttle was booked for 4am and we were told to be ready 10 minutes early.
The shuttle driver was 35 minutes late!!!!
Normally this would not be a big deal but my husband and I were left standing on the street in the dark with our baby and luggage; and no means of contacting the company as it was before business hours. We were concerned that the shuttle was not going to show up and began using our personal cell phones to try and reach a taxi. I fret what the charges will be because of this. Had it not been for a stranger who just happened to drive by on a motorcycle in the wee hours of the morning, our shuttle would not have found us. The gentleman on the motorcycle was kind enough to go look for the shuttle and direct him to us.
When the shuttle driver arrived he apologized and said he was waiting at the wrong house (another house named “casa colonial”). I reached out to Tamarindo Shuttles to let them know I was not happy with the experience and their only response was “sorry. There are several homes with the same name. We apologize for the inconvenience.” Are you kidding me??? This is after I clarified with them that they knew where to find us!!! Not only did this trip cost $90 US but it also cost major stress for parents with a baby and long distance cell phone charges yet to be incurred!!

Please give my review a like if you found it usefull.

Yes there are dozens of tour companies, we just happened to choose this one. The reason why I am giving a tour company a 5 star is because, here in particular, I had the opportunity to meet the owner. She was absolutely fabulous. 100% cared for the service that they offer and customer satisfaction. She also went out of her way to accommodate me and my daughter to get back home without having to take a bus (when we were there to do our booking). It was not her problem to deal with, but she made it her pleasure to please us. Our snorkeling experience as a whole was great. We were 5 on this trip and we enjoyed every moment. Our guide and boat driver were extremely friendly and gave us a wonderful morning to afternoon to enjoy. We did not see many fish, but that's out of their control. The snorkeling experience was from 8 to 12, it included pick up from hotel, free water and ice tea and some free fruits and cookies. Thank you

one should be a bit leerywebsite posting of at least two passengers ($40), after making reservations one is informed it is three riders ($68).

Unfortunately, seeing more and more of this baiting-and-switching strategy being employed in and about Tamarindo.

Consider the public bus picked up at the airport $2.50!

The original and only PROFESSIONAL company shuttle service in the area for airport shuttles to and from the Liberia Airport. Not to be confused with a handful of piggy-backing knock off services in the area that formed in the wake of their success. This is the real deal. Private shuttles to destinations of your choice are available as well. Their fleet of modern Mercedes Vans coupled with a friendly multi-lingual team at their office makes them the leaders of their craft in the area, not only for transportation, but for tours/info as well. They will take care of you from start to finish. 5 stars and more!!!

Very poorly run business. Lacks basic professional communication. Poor English and service skills. There are too many reliable transportation providers to deal with these jokers. All they will do is leave you hanging and wondering if you will be picked up on time or ever? Avoid!!!

This company 'requires' customers to email them their credit card number which is a terrible option and can lead to your credit card information to be hacked, stolen or used for fraudulent unauthorized purchases. The security risk is not only on their end As your email could be compromised or theirs could They should have a secure online form to receive the information in a way that protects their clients' credit card information.
