The food was excellent and the servers were attentive. The view is beautiful. We had a hard time finding the menu in advance to screen the prices. We found it a little expensive in comparison to the other restaurants in the area. We do feel the prices were worth it though, and there are some less costly items on the menu.

Breathtaking views, very friendly service, delicious meal. We had an assorted seafood meal ( can't remember the name, but it was a 55000 colones dish for 2), take it for 3 people. It had all set could ask for and enough to feed a family of 3 or even 4. Every item on the dish was prepared in its own way, and it was simply delicious. Did I mention that you might just do by to get the views from this terrace?

Great view and friendly service. That´s about it. We ordered Ceviche which was boring, no cilantro, no onion, a standard dish without excitement. Chicken burrito was very big filled half with bean sauce and half chicken peaces in a tomato sauce. Found piece of bone and skin in the burrito so returned it, they did not charge that to us. Not going back

Would not recommend this place. Our teenagers ordered sushi and it came 30+ minutes after my meal and my husband’s meal was served. While waiting to discuss w the manager, I saw the sushi chef eat some fish off the prep area with his fingers and continue to make sushi order for others. No gloves. Licked his hands.

We were heading out for a quick, easy dinner, but were encouraged by our cab driver to try Raphael’s. Switching gears was a great decision! We caught the last glimmer of sun in the sky and had a truly fantastic dinner. The fish entrees were fresh, flavorful and prepared to perfection. Our waiter grew up in Manuel Antonio adding some of his local flair to the evening. I would highly recommend a meal here while visiting the area.

Great place to eat. It has an AMAZING view to the sea and you can even see some animals around. The staff is very friendly and they even have some dogs that are really cute and they don't bother you at all. The food is good and they have some local food and some Tex Mex also. They also have sushi, but I didn't try that. They have happy hour for margaritas and mojitos, which are both really tasty.

Lovely! Wonderful staff, friendly, nice. View was even better, looking over the beach. A sloth was hanging out a couple trees away. Best was the food - delicious tuna steak, shrimp and rice.

After 6 days of dining in Costa Rica we were reminded tonight why we tip in America. Food was great. Even though service moved slowly our server was friendly at first. We mentioned it looked busy to be gracious but he said it is the usual and he's used to it. After serving our meal the waiter NEVER returned, made eye contact or came to our area. Over the course of 30 minutes we asked 3 other employees for the check & even waited at the bar before seeing other later groups line up at the counter also requesting their bill. Our children had already left and our leftover seafood was sitting in Costa Rican temps. It's a bummer that a great evening can fall apart at the very end.

One of the more unusual sunsets as it was raining monsoon style at Rafaeles Les Terrazas while we enjoyed another excellent dinner there. My fresh grilled swordfish was superb by the way. Lovin' this place.

Come early for their 2 X 1 Happy Hour. Remember, because we are close to the Equator the sun sets as early a 5PM in the winter months! Excellent sea food, the only place which does not overcook the food!

My fiance and I were in Manuel Antonia back in May. We went to this place twice. Everything we had was amazing and the view is second to none. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt like old friends of his hanging out there.

Everything here is incredible. The food, atmosphere, staff and view. The dogs are so cute and we saw their other pet a giant iguana. We also spotted a sloth chilling in a tree. The food was so good. We both had fish - it was fresh and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend.

Food is OK but not outstanding. View is great. After all, very expensive for what you get.

Great food, outdoor restaurant. Don't sit near the trees, lots of ants will surround your food.

Raphael's Terrazas is AMAZING!!!! They had some of the best Costa Rican food I had when I was in Costa Rica! I would go there every night if I could! Everything on the menu was amazing, I would suggest the fried red snapper and the paella if you like sea food. They staff was very friendly and there is an amazing view of the sunset and the ocean! I would definitely recommend going, best restaurant in Quepos/Manuel Antonio
