Cindy’s patacones and fish tacos are incredible. We came here for dinner our first night in uvita and it was so good that we came back and ordered take out. When we came the second time Cindy remembered us, our order, and the table we sat at. Phenomenal quality and best prices in town!!!!

We stayed in uvita for a few days Feb 13 was my wife's bday so we went for dinner. The atmosphere was amazing and food was on point. Family run restaurant and you can feel the love. The meal was a great experience thank you again hope to be back soon.

Doesn't get much more authentic than this. The portions are large (for the foreigners) and the food is finger licking good. If she (she knows who she is) says it's too much food, listen to her, otherwise the quesadilla is a great to go item for later consumption. I will definitely come back to this restaurant whenever I'm back in Uvita.

Great local spot for a casual meal. Maybe 1/2 mile off the main drag through Uvita. Find it you won't be disappointed. Trust me the locals know where it is!

Had a great lunch here. The food was excellent, and our server (who I'm guessing was also an owner) took great care of us, even indulging in letting us practice our Spanglish. Definitely worth a stop to eat! They operate a small hotel and brother of the woman we spoke with is a tour guide. This place is a great resource.

Friendly staff and good dishes too, they are not a lot, but however enough.

Ich bin aufgrund der positiven Rezessionen auf Los Laureles aufmerksam geworden. Nach einer ausgesprochen leckeren Quesadilla con Pollo kann ich mich den Vor-Rezensenten nur voll und ganz anschließen. Die Speicherkarte wird zwar eher von US-amerikanischen und mexikanischen als von costaricanischen Gerichten dominiert, wenn es einem nach einer solchen Küche gelüstet, ist das Essen aber einfach nur super.

Not a large menu but everything on the menu is delicious! Cindy, the owner is very friendly and personable. Appeared to be a favorite for locals and visitors. We're staying at the Oxygen Jungle Villas so a short drive down the rocky road to terrific food. Will definitely visit again before we leave once I recover from the two margaritas-- the best I've ever had!
