  Tropical Homes Agency is the best one can find !! Britta and all her staff are extremely professional, friendly and helpful. They are always available and happy to help. They are really going out of their way to make sure all the guests needs are met and that all is taken care of. Great honest people to deal with ! Congrats on your decision to choose Tropical Homes of Costa Rica!!

  We are Canadians who have owned a home in Pacific Heights, near Playa Potrero, Costa Rica for several years. For most of that time Tropical Homes of Costa Rica, under the excellent management of Britta, has managed our property both when we are in residence and when we are not. Tropical Homes has done an outstanding job in all respects from organizing rentals, ensuring that our property is in top condition both at the time guests arrive and when they depart. Our guests have reported that Britta and her staff have arranged for a full refrigerator to greet them on arrival, a chef for 'in house' gourmet dining, reliable baby sitters when the adults want a night out - there seems to be no task too big, too small or too complicated for Britta and her colleagues. Visitors are often in country for short stays so Britta can and has arranged trips to volcanoes, visits with the monkeys, zip lining, sunset cruises, deep sea fishing and much more - all professional providers and with relative ease. As home owners we have relied on Britta to arrange for repairs and upgrades at our home as needed and here too she has a collection of knowledgeable, capable and willing trades people who arrive on time and complete work on budget all to our absolute delight and satisfaction. We have had other property mangers - Britta is in a class of her own - qualified, professional and all with a friendly greeting clearly willing to help in anyway that she can as demonstrated by her prompt replies to any and all of our requests. We could not recommend Tropical Homes of Costa Rica more highly.

  Tropical Homes of Costa Rica is by far the most professional, well respected, full service rental and management company in the greater Flamingo/Potrero/Brasilito area. The staff are well trained, courteous, and very helpful. Whether you need concierge services for arranging excursions, or local knowledge for where to eat and shop, or if you have an emergency or other problems, Britta's staff is available 24x7 to help. Tropical Homes is a one-stop-shop for excellent rental property (luxury homes and condos), property management services, rental cars, group or individual transportation, chef services, excursions, etc. Whatever you need, Britta's team will take care of it for you.

  We have used Tropical Homes of Costa Rica to manage our property for 10 years. Britta and her staff have always given us top notch service. Because we live in the states and only visit our place a few times a year, we depend on her company to make sure our house and grounds are always in the best of shape. This is very important to us, especially since we rent our house to many guests through the year. Anytime we have a problem, Britta is always quick to help us figure out a solution. Plus, she and her staff notify us anytime something needs repair there. In addition to that, her company receives very high marks from our guests for their prompt attention to anything they might need. A huge benefit to our guests is the concierge service Tropical Homes provides to our visitors. Without Britta and Tropical Homes of Costa Rica, we would need to spend much more time dealing with the problems associated with owning property anywhere. These services free us up to enjoy our trips more when we are in Costa Rica.

  This was my first time to Costa Rica and I am so glad I chose Tropical Homes. They were amazingly accommodating! The home we rented was even more perfect in real life than online, we were set up with the most amazing surf lesson in Playa Grande, and every inquiry or request was met in a super timely fashion. I have been telling all my friends about Tropical Homes, we will totally be returning to them for our next trip!
