If you are considering buying selling building in the area Larry is a must make time for kinda guy. Very knowledgeable professional no nonsense real estate guy. Respected by the locals he goes places other realtors could never navigate. The real deal refreshing young man he is. I will say it again in case you missed it; VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

We've been working with Larry for the last few years. We travel to Costa Rica each year for vacation and would like to retire there. Larry keeps us in the loop as to what's available. He also makes time for us when we are on vacation to look at properties or just to catch up. We are still doing our homework, but one of these days, we'll be readythanks to Larry!
