I would like to send a shout-out to the entire Krain team and especially thank the staff for all their help with finding my Mom the perfect Condo. I moved down to Costa Rica three years ago and it's always been a hassle to find a place for my Mom to stay when she visits. Krain found her the perfect condo just steps from the beach and now she visits me all the time and also makes money renting it out to other vacationers when she's not here. If you are looking for real estate, vacation rentals or property management in Costa Rica, there is no better, or more professional company than Krain.

In addition to leaving a review on AirBnB, I had to leave one on Google. I really enjoyed the unit that these folks manage in Pacific Beach Condos, Playa Potrero, Costa Rica. I had a chance to meet the owners of the company and they were great. Thank you again Krain family for making my family's vacation so special. We will be booking our rentals through your company from now on.

Love! Love! Love! Sarah Breitlander! Not only is she a U.S. attorney, she is the best real estate broker in Costa Rica! Thank you for being so patient with us and explaining the process of buying real estate in Costa Rica. We loved you on House Hunter's International. You are a Super Star! We will be down next year to buy after our house sells.

They are the true professionals in the area. I liked the fact that they only hire licensed agents from the States. I will use these guys again and will recommend them to my friends that are moving down. Thank you Pete & Sarah for all your help. We love our Playa Flamingo condo!

Don't buy a place until you've talked to these folks great friendly service great prices really go out of their way to help you. This is Costa Rica bring cash to the table and you will get a great deal.
