  Kenny and his staff at Special Places of Costa Rica are an absolute delight! My husband and I just left CR and honestly, I received nothing but the highest level of service from this company. They are professional, friendly and great communicators! I can't recommend them enough!

  I've been coming to Costa Rica for many years. Special Places manages an impressive array of properties for any budget from sprawling, luxury beach front mansions to smaller 1 and 2 bedroom condos as well. What sets apart Special Places is there professionalism and their commitment to taking complete and proper care of both their owners and guests. They also arrange tours, transportation, private chefs and many other concierge services. They even do my shopping for me so my fridge is stocked when I arraive how cool is that! I always know that if I book my holiday thru Special Places that every single detail will be looked after for me to my satisfaction and delight - Pura Vida!

  I have been coming to Costa Rica for 17 years and have tried several rental agencies in Flamingo. Seven years ago I found Special Places and and there is no need to look any further for me. They have hundreds of very competitively priced rentals while still being able to provide individual attention to each client. Response to any problem I might encounter has always been handled professionally and efficiently. But what I like best is that there is a family business feel to the point that on my last visit, I was half way returning home to the airport and realized I had left my credit card in my room. Kenny quickly retrieved it and got it to me on the next van leaving for the airport. It is this service above and beyond expectations that places this agency above the others.

  Special Places of Costa Rica is GREAT! We rented a Long Term Villa through them for 2 full years. Kenny and his staff are truly amazing. They are very kind and professional and acted immediately every time something went wrong. It did not matter how big or small the issue was, they always responded that same day. They often went above and beyond our expectations. I was so impressed. This is our 4th year living in CR and we've worked with 2 other property management companies. Special Places is by far the best. They have a dedicated full time maintenance staff and a cleaning crew, which is a HUGE plus. I trusted everyone that came into our house whether it was to fix something or clean. Their level of customer service is top notch. If you're looking to rent or to hire someone to manager your property, you can't go wrong with Special Places. Trust me!
