The location is good, in front of the ocean and beside the tribunal, the staff is nice, but the room could have been better And also the restaurant

Easy booking experience. Called made reservations ahead of time. On arrival changed reservations on the spot. Added an extra room and upgrade to ocean view. Safe 24 hour parking. Comfortable rooms. Air conditioner, fan, flat screen tv.

Rude staff, they woke us up by kicking the door to charge us for dinner, like they could not wait until the morning. The reception people also super cold and not welcoming. We didn't expect that from nice Costa Ricans!

If you want to pay more for less this is the place for you I have spent 2 weeks in costa rica the most abuse from a hotel so far paid for a view of the ocean i got a power pole view did not complain 4 small slices of fruit for breakfast $8.00 bowl of soup (water) for lunch $12.00 wifi was the reason I booked with park hotel only works in a small area could get that at any hotel for a 1/3 the price no problem the front desk was the problem treated very rudely after money was exchanged not pleasant to deal with so i asked to speak with the management knowing they don't want guests to have a bad time in their hotel yes it will be a minute was left sitting in reception area for almost an hour no you can not talk to the manager

nice, clean, was there during the pre-easter holiday. centraly located. most room have ocean view.
