Visited Pavones, 2016. Hotel La Perla was excellent - friendly owner and staff, clean, free fast wifi, aircon, very comfy beds, fridge, coffee maker, 100 metres from the beautiful, clean beach and surf, etc. Everything you need for a quiet getaway. Plenty of quality dining close by and a couple of grocery stores for essentials, but don't expect any other luxuries. Pavones is quite isolated - access via approx. 20km of rough, rocky road is a challenge but the peace amid the jungle environment when you get there, is worth it.

宿からサーフポイントの途中にあって、朝晩はココの1階のレストランで食べていました。安いし旨い。魚も時価ですが決して高くないので是非Snapperなどを注文して見て下さい。英語を喋れる女主人がいて乗馬・マッサージ・サーフィン・SUPなど、やりたいことは何でもここで相談すれば、教えてくれます。

Me and two of my good friends stayed here in late summer of 2000 on a surf trip and caught it at about 22ft. It was way to big for us because we were used to Folly Beach Charleston South Carolina Waves, but it was still awesome just to paddle out and watch the locals kill it . We had a AMAZING TIME and would strongly encourage anyone to visit. The service was ur ok but the SURF is what mattered.

This is one of the few places I've been around the world where you can just relax and get lost. Be sure to bring cash because there is no Internet or ATM in this town but that's part of its attraction. This small town is known for its famous left that rides all the way from the river mouth around the bend. Grab a beer at the bar and walk back to the river to catch the next wave. They all still break at noon everyday to gather at the soccer field in the middle of town and play a match. Great time.
