I have shopped at the Do It Center for years but will be very wary from now on. I bought an on-demand water heater and had it installed. It did not heat the water. When my property manager took it back to get a new one, they said it would have to be sent to the service center to be repaired. It could not be returned for one that worked. This will take at least a week and probably more.

DO NOT buy appliances or any mechanical items without first checking to see if you can return it for a new one if it does not work when installed.
