  WOW ! At first I wasn't exactly sure what was happening but after learning more about La Senda and what labyrinths are all about, I knew that I would be experiencing something like I've never experienced before. I was part of a nice group of people (18) and when we started out from the casa, a feeling of serenity and peace started to come over me. I became very relaxed, my thoughts were calm and peaceful, and we all walked the labyrinth in silence. Halfway through we took some time to do yoga and meditation which was an experience in itself for me. We then continued to walk the final half of the labyrinth and I must say that it was extremely relaxing, like my whole mind had been cleansed and invigorated. It felt great. We were then treated to a wonderful reception with some specially prepared food, by the owners, and I was very impressed with my first experience with the labyrinth, the energy and the effect it had on me.
