Monkeys livea round the hotel. And they come to the hotel and nearby food places to beg for food. Squirels, birds, ant eaters and alot of other animals live in the area as well.
They have a nice big pool and its 2 minutes fromcthe beach. The breakfast was ok - but not more than that.
Now to the bad part. The room was not clean. The interior of the room is bad for keeping clean with a lot of cracks and decour that must have looked very nice when new. Now it has a dusty layer in the decour and though to reach spots.
There were also ant trails and straying ants. Mostly in the bathroom but some even managed to sneak up the bed.response / report this review -

Very nice place with a great pool surrounded by nature but directly at the village.

This place is very nice. You feel like you are in the middle of the forest. You can hear the waves crash not far from the rooms. The rooms are nice and clean with good bathrooms and hot shower. The breakfast is also well done and the staff is very friendly. Lots of animals roaming around and you will probably hear them in the early morning if you are a light sleeper.

Nice guest house very close to the center of Montezuma.
the room are simple but the howler monkeys crossing the garden every morning and every evening making noise doing all the difference, for me its was wonderful and amazing and its fill like i'm in the middle of the jungle.
i recommend Luz the mono for the budget travelers.response / report this review
