  Very quiet and only 1 minute walk to the beach. The bungalow have two floors with ocean view, air conditioning and a kitchen. The space inside the bungalows is huge you can easily fit a family in there. Prices are very fair for the bungalows and house keeping is on point. Staff and management are ver care- and helpful

  La peor experiencia en un hotel
  
  Reservamos cuatro noches con una semana de anticipación, para nuestras sorpresa el día que llegamos la administradora nos recibió diciendo que no teníamos reservación, que supuestamente la tarjeta que utilizamos no tenia fondos lo cual no era así y que nos había llamado por teléfono lo cual tampoco era cierto, nos trató de mentirosos y prácticamente de estafados por usar una tarjeta sin fondos, al final sin otro lugar a donde ir nos dejo quedarnos 1 noche a un precio mas alto de lo que normalmente cobra y la habitación no tenia jabón de ningún tipo y supuestamente era full equipada pero le faltaban cosas básicas como un sartén, en fin unos días de descanso que se suponían iban a ser amenos se convirtieron en una pesadilla con un trato pésimo y a un precio muy elevado, recomiendo buscar otro lugar antes de llevarse una mala experiencia.

  Everything was wrong and terrible! The manager of Los Continentes treat to us was awful, she answered in such a bad way like we were thief and made us believe we were crazy and bad persons, when she was the most dishonest and horrible person I met.
  
  First, she tried to cancel us the reservation weeks earlier, sending a mail that we can cancel the book without any extra charge, what we did not agree as we really need the holiday at the beach. To get there we passed through many traffic jam and many many hours driving, because from San Jose is supposed to be like 5 hours and we spent almost 8 hours, seems everything was ok because we made it to the hotel, but we get to there and the manager started a kind of insults to us without a valid reason and she cancelled the book for us, also she said she contact us via email and with the platform where we made the reservation and she insist is was true, we did not get a single mail. At 8pm is no time to look for a new hotel so we agreed to stay in the only night she had available, when we had booked three nights.
  
  The room had not soap, any kinf of soap, as the reservation promises, even the one to wash the dishes. We asked twice for soap but we got it next day at 11am, one hour ahead from the check out.
  
  And what made me on fire was, that like 2 hours after checked out, I got a confirmation email that said the book has been modified for the only day we stayed, what has no sense because she said she cancelled before, but I was not and later we verify the book has never been cancelled at all and she made everything up!! Also, she has the guts the say that if next time we make a reservation directly with her will be cheaper than with the hotel platform we used, but in the update was even more cheapest with this platform than with her. Liar Liar!
  
  I will never come back to this hotel, even if someone is giving the stay and Im never recomend it ever, even to someone I hate

  No início tudo foi ótimo, os chalés são bons, limpos e bonitos. Mas meu irmão ficou em um chalé que estava com a fechadura da porta estragada e mesmo assim a gerente afirmou que era seguro e que não haveria problema algum. Resumo: furtaram a câmera fotográfica do meu irmão, celular e etc. A gerência e o dono que é da Croácia não deram a mínima e não ressarciram meu irmão. Ficamos no prejuízo e desconfiamos que o ladrão era funcionário da pousada. A polícia tbm não fez nada. Foi bem frustrante.

  Beautiful buildings, minor upkeep issues that the staff tries to resolve quickly. Overall I would come back here and I recomend that other people do so as well.

  Fui Furtado em 600 dólares dentro do hotel. Alugamos o bangalô Europa por uma noite, éramos três pessoas e ao anoitecer fomos jantar. Após 1h30 de ausência percebi que faltavam minha câmera Canon e meu smartphone Motorola que ficaram no interior da habitação trancada. Tratamento da Gerente Sônia um lixo, sequer apareceu para dar satisfação pessoalmente. Após uma noite e uma manhã de discussão o recepcionista devolveu o valor da diária. Prejuízo e decepção numa das regiões mais bonitas da Costa Rica.

  Miejsce w którym można wynająć domki dwu piętrowe z balkonem na piętrze na którym znajduje się tylko sypialnia. Kilka metrów od morza, kilka set metrów od popularnej plaży z ratownikami. Obsługa bardzo miła rozmawia w trzech językach : niemiecki, angielski i oczywiście hiszpański.
