  I have had a pleasant trip so far until I arrived at this hotel. We first arrived to this hotel and my wife needed to use the bathroom. I asked the receptionist where the bathroom was located and she said that my wife couldn't go use it. I told her that I had a reservation and was about to check in. Once I said that she changed her tone and told my wife where the bathroom was. She said that was the owners policy regarding bathroom. I had an argument about the way she acted and blamed the owners rules. After an unpleasant welcome the hotel wasn't like I expected the hotel looked worse than what the photos depicted they must have hired someone to edit the photos to make it look better that it really is. After staying two nights I went to grab some breakfast at a nearby restaurant. Went back to the hotel to check out and my wife was going to grab our luggage. The receptionist told us we cant go back to the room to get our luggage once we started the check out process. The customer service at this hotel was beyond horrible. I would avoid this hotel and try elsewhere . I have traveled to various countries around the world and have never been treated like this.

  Good price/quality.
  Clean room, not all the rooms have a/c. Remember to reserve a room with air conditioning, you will appreciate it.

  I took the fan room and I had a very nice stay here. You can easily walk to the beach. The staff is friendly and helped me a lot. The breakfast is also good.

  I was served lousy food and a rotten smoothie, despite the fact I expressed my concern and couldn't eat anything they served me they insisted I pay the bill and the tip I will never go there again.

  First of all the construction next to the hotel was really loud at 7am, after all the travel to finally get here I couldn't sleep at all, the mattress was hard as a rock. The rooms are tiny we could hardly walk around the bed. They have a ridiculous mini fridge stocked with garbage and they charge your first born. Make sure things are accounted for before you accept room. The towels smelled musty and the sheets had mold growing on them, the pool was filled with sand at the bottom and the water was really cloudy. We paid for the breakfast and it was a scam, for the money we spent you can go walk around and find something that has flavor for the same price or cheaper. The pictures you see are not the rooms you will get. Overall pay the same price to stay somewhere ON the beach with a sauna. I didn't feel safe walking back at night, then nominee is at the desk to keep people out. Scary

  For the price the room was great. Close enough to town we could walk everywhere. We got the room with just a fan and was not hot at all. So did not need air conditioning. Only drawback was that room walls were paper thin. We heard EVERYTHING our neighbors were doing at 1am oh an they started again about 9am. You can guess what that was. All in all a great stay.
