  Good hotel for the price. No hot water (normal for Costa Rica no big deal for me, but may be for others). Good breakfast (I had the Traditional). Very friendly and laid-back staff. A short walk to the beach and relaxing. A stash of books if you are bored.

  My husband rented to laura. And it was a terrible choice. The mattress in poor condition, had not toilet paper, the cloths smelled bad and really what I did not like was that the mattress smelled like urine. Bad service, small breakfast, dirty pool, a lot of noise. very expensive for nothing.

  Bien placé (100m de la plage) mais un peu exigu et bruyant (bruit de la rue, du chien des voisins et des occupants de l'étage supérieur). Le petit déjeuner copieux,la piscine et l'amabilité du personnel compensent ces défauts !

  Es un lugar adecuado para pernoctar, el desayuno, la piscina y las habitaciones. Recomiendo que pongan paños de mano. No aceptan pagos con tarjeta de crédito o débito, lo cual no me gustó.

  Eine sehr familiäre Unterkunft. Die Inhaberin (Laura) kümmert sich selbst um das Wohl ihrer Gäste. Sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ihre Tochter kommt auch gern vorbei und hilft mit. Beide sind sehr sympathisch. Sie sind gern bereit gute Reisetips zu geben und helfen, wo sie nur können.
  Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage die einfach aber super gepflegt ist. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und einladend. Obwohl er klein ist, dient er als echte Abkühlung bei der tropischen Hitze( kleine Pools sind ja schnell mal auf Außentemperatur wenn man nichts dagegen tut)
  Die Zimmer sind, wie der Rest der Anlage einfach und sauber.
  Im Zimmer ist eine Klimaanlage und ein Deckenventilator.
  Ich finde das sehr toll weil die Klima mache ich nur an wenns nicht anders auszuhalten ist.
  In der Nachbarschaft scheinen einige Hunde zu wohnen die man gelegentlich mal bellen hört.
  Das Frühstück ist in der Auswahl sehr eingeschränkt aber bekömmlich.
  Zusammengefasst ist dies eine sehr schöne Unterkunft die ich definitiv weiter empfehlen kann.

  Hotel sympa, les chambres ne sont pas très grande mais belle et calme.
  65$ la nuit avec le petit déjeuner.

  Professional place run by Laura herself who puts lots of pride into owning and running this for many years. My first time in Guanacaste I stayed here. Love Lauras House B & B!
