Cool little hotel, great location. Super close to beach. Great service willing to help travellers out. No a/c only challenge, good fans but can get pretty muggy with lack of air flow which means more water use for showers to cool down 😞

Beach-front with great staff, who speak English perfectly. A small skatepark is right across the street and it's a one minute walk to all of the tourist restaurants and shops. Delicious breakfast, too!

The view, the people, the hospitality. No a/c but plenty of fans. No hot water but after a hot day at the beach it feels great. Over all super satisfied and would re-book in a heartbeat. Great little beach town with a lot to offer!

Unfortunately this place offers no privacy, no quite and no hot water. Anyone can look into non lockable windows, and with very light curtains no privacy is guaranteed. The place is also very noisy, we even had a note that they offer free earplugs for light sleepers like myself. On the upside it s a great view and just across the beech. Unfortunately I wouldn't stay again and would pay more for better conditions.

Very relaxed house but very little privacy. The rooms have 'window' without glass towards the balcony and stairs. A cock starts keeping you awake from 4am

Fantastic hotel right on the beach. Everything is really thoughtfully provided: breakfast, beach towel and ear plugs if needed. Lovely relaxing atmosphere and amazing helpful staff. It has been great to stay here and worth every penny.

The staff was incredible. Great daily breakfast. Just off the beach. A block away from the main street of playa del coco were there are shops and restaurant. There were two things that I did not enjoy about our stay. One was no air conditioning in the rooms. It does mention that on their website. It made it a little uncomfortable at night had to sleep with a wet towel on my body. Second thing is the property next door has roosters and they were up and singing at 1:30am until about 7am.

Loved my time here. Free breakfast was great. Very conveniently located right on the beach. Got a little warm in the rooms during the day without air conditioning, but we just went to the beach or hung out in the hammocks to feel the breeze. You get a beach towel that you can swap out as many times as you need. Staff was friendly. You can also use the pool at the M&M garden hotel (we never went). The main street gets really loud with music blasting all night from crazy bars. This hotel was quiet (Except for the confused rooster next door-2 am is not sunrise!)

The room was great. The staff was helpful and the free breakfast was as good as any in the area. The hammocks on the 2nd floor patio are a good place to watch the sunset. The only complaint is the roosters next door having faulty clocks and alarming about an hour before sunrise.

The hotel is really cute, the staff is kind and helpful (particulièrement la Québécoise à l'accueil!) and the location is perfect if you want to go to the beach. You can literally reach the beach in 15 seconds walk and reach the ocean in 28 seconds. The only thing is, for the price, it would have been nice if the rooms had air con. The breakfast was good and everything was clean! I highly recommend this place.
