Located right on Tamarindo main beach, it is an easy walk up. Beach bar advertised a beer special and a 2/1 drink special which is what brought us in. Once seated we're told they are out of the beer on the beer special, won't substitute a Pilsen or Imperial. The Mohito was good and about $6.50. We had the Beach Taco's (3) Beef and Fish $10 each and the kids had the Beef Nachos $14. Food was average but worked for a quick lunch. Standard 13% tax and included 10% gratuity. Total out the door for 4 people with drinks $53 plus any additional tip.

Poor service and the items on the menu do not come as described. I had a chicken sandwich and it was described as chicken with avocado bacon and lettuce. All I received was chicken lettuce and tomato. Decent location with a good view. Otherwise avoid at all costs

Bottled water cost more than an alcoholic drink. Also, the drinks were not goodat all. I'm awarding a 2 star for the convenience of being on the beach.

It's possible to like this place. The location is amazing.
When we went we just had bad service, the caipirinia didn't have cachaca in it, the ceviche wasn't good, the food was average. There are just too many other good restaurants near by, there's no reason to go here.response / report this review -

Ceviche was like watered down soup with no flavor, the owner did apologize and took it off my check but said the kitchen tried it and it was fine? fine for dogs?

Best happy hour in town. 2 for 1 for like 4 bucks in American dollars and their staff is so nice.

This place is good for a few reasons.
1. Right in the beach for sunset and their buy on get on free drink special
2. Really good location on the street. It's right in the middle of town
3. Food is really good
4. They have a ton of high quality TVs with HD signal and play American sports. We watched playoff American football.response / report this review
