Scheduled a Covid test online on a Monday for a Thursday morning appointment. Arrived 20 minutes early as I expected a line but it moved quickly. Staff was courteous and prompt. Received results in less than 24 hours (test was at 8:30am, received at 7am the next day).
Update 4/16/2021: Getting ready to head back home after another trip. Scheduled an appointment online. Had the test at 7am and had results by 3pm the same day.response / report this review -

We got our COVID test results fast (~12 hours for antigen), but they do NOT honor your reservation times. We made a reservation for 8:00am, but did not get our noses swabbed until 9:20am. We waited 80 minutes for a 20 second test, ugh.
Be sure to make a reservation, but anticipate standing in line for at LEAST an hour.response / report this review -

Pros: -Good location and friendly staff
Cons: -Slow test turn around. Took an antigen test on Saturday for my Monday morning flight, as told i would have results that night - didn't get the results in time and was not allowed to board.
-Hard to get in touch. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails
-A bit expensive, especially because they don't have a quick turn around.

The professionalism of the lab was distasteful. My wife and I set outside the lab for 40min with another couple for the lab to reopen after their lunch to get a covid test done after ! They saw us sitting outside and when we checked to see if the door was unlock after it was time for them to reopen, So they finally come outside to leave and when we ask what’s going on they say the hours of business has changed temporarily! It was one nice young lady trying to help us find another clinic but her manger comes out and say let’s go eat we have to go! The lady manger was so blunt and rude! I recommend not to go!

I was one of the first people to need a COVID test to re-enter the USA (as of January 26). I went to the lab on Monday morning, was treated professionally and had the results the next morning. They don’t take appointments, so my advice is to arrive early for the quickest service. Very satisfied and would use again.
