  The views on this hotel are phenomenal. The food from the restaurant is kind of fancy. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, this hotel is stuck in the early 90's style. The room I stayed in did not have a flat TV and the towels we're all stained. The decor is very dated. The bathroom was dirty. There's mild dew in the shower and the you can't barely walk without your feet getting all dirty. This hotel had its better days! I'm sure this hotel was very charming back in its better days!

  Gorgeous facilities in a natural paradise! Excellent service and good food in rooms with phenomenal views of the Pacific Coast. Located adjacent to the Manuel Antonio National Park with the occasional 'visitor' from the park. 
  
  Rooftop pool is great with spectacular views and good poolside service. There's a beach within walking distance though it is a bit of a trek - particularly on a hot day - Playa Biesanz.

  I agree with Max. Little special hotel with very engaged service and very nice view. The walk to the beach is a little bit long exspecially back to hotel:) Also the rooms are really good. High standard for the place

  What Max said. Ha. The great staff is always happy to help you. The free breakfast is delicious as well as the dinner. I ate my ceasar salad so quick I forgot I had eaten it and later asked where it was. Yes I was embarrassed. Mommy help. Ahh, age.
  
  Anyway the rooms are spacious and clean but plan ahead for a refrigerator if you need one. The pool is very nice and there is a "sun-sitting deck" with awesome great views to catch some rays or eat lunch. Also with stools in the pool at a bar is always a plus, aka swim up bar.
  
  There is a resident monkey that drops in at some point during the day, near the pool and deck area. And we saw a sloth cross the street on the elevated rope one night. The owner is often seen in the lobby chatting with guests and is a kind nice guy. Be sure to say hi. Overall it was a nice stay.

  Great sea facing room with view of Manuel Antonio. Very nice staff and great food options. Rooms are spacious and very nice. Great experience.

  This place is beautiful! I came here for my honeymoon during the summer, my favorite part was the fact that it was so close to the ocean beach, there was always live music, and my favorite thing would probably have to be the people. Everyone was so nice and friendly and ready to help. Another perk was the fact that this hotel was so eco friendly and you can see so much wildlife from right outside your window. I would highly recommend this hotel.
