We had planned on staying for 4 days in June. My son had a severe laceration to his leg so we could not travel. The hotel charged us the full amount with no future credit. The other hotel Encantada Ocean Cottages gave us a full refund. Do not give your business to a hotel that does not care about your child's well being!
