  Expensive for the poorly appointed rooms.
  
  The hotel area is very peaceful. The bird watching out the window was amazing.
  
  When the hotel factored in the cost for 1 child and two adults (one of my children just turned 13) in one room it was 470.
  
  if you need anything extra, it costs $10 taxi ride for 7 minutes to La Fortuna.
  
  If you eat at the Hotel's restaurant, it cost $30 for 3 plates of rice and beans.

  I was there back on April 2012 it was nice. Beautiful scenery & the pool with the thermal water was awesome. Good food too.
