We had a really good time there, it s quiet and has a beautiful garden. The staff, especially David is amazingly helpful. I forgot my tablet i the room and we travelled around Costa Rica. David organized the trip for my tablet and it found back to me!

We stayed in the "Tropical Villa with Jacuzzi", and it was wonderful. This is probably the nicest room they have. It is its own bungalow, with a very nice outdoor shower, a huge indoor shower, and a jacuzzi on the front porch. The porch has an excellent view of the volcano. Great price, great room, great amenities.

Brisas is a nice and reasonably priced property. We stayed in the junior suite. The junior suite was very nicely decorated, plenty of space, and had a beautiful terrace overlooking the property grounds and the volcano. The walls and floors are very thin so you can hear the outdoor noise and the creeking sound of the floors was quite loud. The facilities felt old but they had nice decorations. Our junior suite had a moldy/mildew odor in it which was unpleasant but we were still able to enjoy our stay. The breakfast was okay, not many options. Overall we had a good stay.

A family run hotel in the wood. About 8 min drive away from downtown. We have a full view of the Arenal volcano right outside our window. Woke up every morning by the sound of nature. Had breakfast with toucans everyday. Room is clean and roomy. A 30 min walking trail right behind our room lots of mosquito be prepared if you want to go in. The road is very rocky driving up to the hotel but it’s only a couple minutes bumpy ride no big deal. I do recommend to have a car if you’re planning to stay here. It’s much more easier to get around.
Breakfast is great. Watermelon, Papapa, pineapple and banana to start. 4 options for breakfast to choose from. Coffee tea or juice all you want. Simple, tasty and enough to fill us up for the whole morning.
    Staff are friendly and helpful!

The place is like a jungle kingdom, very beautiful, green, with fantastic view of the Arenal volcano. The family are extremely hospitable. We arrived late at night and left very early in the morning and they were ready for us, even at the expense of doing the laundry at 10pm. The location is 10 minutes by car from all the main locations. Breakfast is good and simple, and coffee is from a thermos. I would have loved a cappuccino from a machine. Highly recommended.

This hotel was great. Close to town, but off the beaten path. It's nestled at the foot of the Arenal volcano. In the mornings you can see hummingbirds and hear howler monkeys while relaxing in a hammock and taking in the whole experience. The room was fine, clean and simple, exactly what we expected.

Brisas Arenal Lodge is an excellent place to stay if you would like to be close to la fortunate, but still feel like you are secluded from the world. Our room was clean and we had excellent customer service, Alan and Roberto, thank you for all your help. For breakfast you are given multiple choices to choose from, all varying from toast with coffee to your typical Costa Rican breakfast. I would suggest though, you take a 4x4 car because the road to the property is a little rough. All in all, great place, awesome hospitality and close to many amenities, with a car, to many tourist attractions. Would highly recommend this property to all my friends!!

This little gem is about 10 minutes off the main road. The perfect place to wake birding in the arenal area. It was just what we needed after flying in to be dropped here and welcomed to the country. Our room was comfortable and modern. They were so helpful - I left my jacket in the shuttle and they got it back for me.

Breakfast was fruit, beverages and your choice of local casada or eggs, pancakes and/or toast.

We paid taxies to take us to local attractions. About $5 per trip.

Dos noches en la suite. Una cabaña preciosa con ventanales y una pequeña piscina. Lugar muy tranquilo y con pocos cuartos así que nunca verás mucha gente si es lo que quieres. Desayuno exquisito. 100% recomendado.

Run by a friendly family and in a great location. We had a great view of the Arenal Volcano from the porch of our cabin.
