Staff are friendly. Parking is a little crowded. You may see monkey steal your breakfast:)

Spent the month of January in Costa Rica & Jungle Beach hotel was our favorite. Perfectly situated to easily walk to park, village & beach. Ambiance at hotel perfect for just chill around hotel day. Staff was super friendly. Room was clean & well sized w/fridge. Little on site restaurant cooked to order eggs for breakfast(included)as well as a simple lunch & dinner menu with cocktails. Food was excellent. Monkeys-howlers were there every day, the Capuchins came through most days & one day a troop of squirrel monkeys hung put for couple hours. Pool was small but refreshing. Entire property well shaded. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Manuel Antonio.

Great place to stay, not a Hilton, but friendly staff and awesome free breakfast!

Yes, there were bugs, but you’re in the jungle! A short walk to the national park (take nibbles - crisps/chips aren’t allowed, take swim suit). Friendly staff, the breakfast cooks don’t speak the best English, but they do make the best plantain and/or omelette. Definitely recommend.

Hotel room was clean and the AC worked well. The breakfast was delicious. Good central location. Minutes from the beach. Only thing the hot water was off and on but that's okay when you spend a hot day at the beach.

Staff was incredibly friendly! Breakfast was fantastic and the pool was always very clean. AC worked great as well.
Only thing were the bugs all over the room. Always saw about 5-10 tiny spiders everywhere along with ants in the bathroom.

This was perfect for my husband and I. We had booked a room at the DoubleTree in puntarenas, but we were miserable there. So we decided to bail on our reservations and "figure" something out. We found Manuel Antonio and drove by this place, it was exactly what we wanted. Something simple, accommodating, and affordable. The food here was good, and when we got there we felt like we were back on an adventure again. Loved this town and Beach hotel.

We just got back from a 4 night stay at the Jungle Beach hotel in Manuel Antonio. I thought the hotel was great for the price! Our group loved the monkeys and we enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The location was great for anyone planning to visit Manuel Antonio National Park and was a short walk from the beach. Bryan in the front office was so friendly and helpful. All the staff stopped to take care of all our requests. My only negative comment would be that the mattress in room #3 was a bit worn and fatigued. Our air conditioner worked great, but the hot water was hit and miss. I still would recommend this hotel to budget travelers.

Friendly staff, good facilities. 5 minutes walk from the beach and 15 minutes walk from Manuel Antonio National park. Breakfast is the standard coffee, fruit, toast, rice and peas. Very handy location.

Getting a little dated, but they're fixing it up. New pool, bar, septic system, parking lot Great location. Great owner and staff. Howler monkeys stayed overnight in trees above room. Made a hell of a mess, but it's all pura vida Nothing a water hose can't fix.
