Good location, close to surfing rentals and supermarket. Polite staff, the guys in the restaurant are really nice! Not the cleanest place, might be due to all dust from the roads. Noone seemed to be willing to pick up monkey and iguana poop on the walkways during our 3 night stay.

We stayed here on our last visit to Costa Rica and loved it. Beautiful cabinas and delicious food with oceanfront access. Definitely check out Puravida Adventures Surf camp for an amazing package deal based from this beautiful location.

This is on my favorite spots in Costa Rica it’s right on the beach there’s a lot of great stuff going on the staff is really friendly and the rooms are clean and they clean them every day the only down side is the toilets. You can’t flush any toilet paper. It takes a little getting used to for the ladies but not bad, really cool place otherwise; I’d recommend it.

The Tropico Latino is absolutely the best experience on so many levels. So many guests I met once they visited, came back year after year! Besides the top services, the staff is friendly, helpful, and absolutely honest. First time visitors to Costa Rica will have an incredible time at the Tropico Latino.

This place wasokay. The cabana large and comfortable but oddly-built and dark with the bedroom somehow facing a parking area even in the middle of the jungle. Most disappointing was that we were told it was handicapped-accessible, and it most decidedly is NOT. It turned out not to be a problem only because my father had to cancel at the last minute. His wheelchair would have been useless here.
