Excelente opción realmente muy cómodos, le doy cuatro por que lastima tuvieran todas las habitaciones con aire acondicionado, la piscina el espacio en las habitaciones muy bien, excelente opción ahorita a la fecha, febrero 2018 los precios son 50 mil colones habitaciones con ventiladores, 55 mil habitación con aire acondicionado.

not all the rooms are air-conditioned but that did not matter too much. The price is $60 per room without AC. A little on the expensive side but not terrible because the who is excellent

No recomendado! Habitaciones poco agradables, sucias y mal olientes, dijeron un precio al hacer la reservación y luego dijeron otro al pagar. No recomiendo quedarse en este hotel.

Dirty, noisy, unsafe, no phones, weak wifi, rude management. We were not interested in a room with A/C until we realized none of the windows had screens. The owner simply told us "I live here, mosquitos won't come in the room," not comforting in a tropical country full of warnings about the Zika virus. There is no hot water and no shower head on the shower. The sheets were only mostly clean, and the bathroom floor had areas that were permanently wet. We decided to stay because we arrived late & just wanted to sleep a few hours before going to the beach, but sleep was impossible because of the two loud young women at the pool, which was supposed to be closed at 10pm. They were right outside our window playing music & tslking very loudly. When at 12:30AM I asked them to turn down their music I recognized one of them as the lady who had been sitting with the owner when he rented us the room. There was a man sitting with them but he didn't speak even though he seemed to be the adult. They turned down the music but started laughing & talking louder. At 12:48 I asked them again to be quiet & they simply said (in Spanish) that they were "paying for a room too." I called the hotel and the man who answered told me he would "see what he could do" but that it was "the boss who brought those girls." I looked out the window & confirmed that the man answering had been the one sitting by the pool. This place might be acceptable at $30/night, but certainly not for $60. Go somewhere else, too many choices in Jacó to stay in this dump.

Do not stay here ! They have no hot water you can pay $10 more at the hotel up the street which is actually closer to center of town and they provide everything from hot water to ac, and they have no ants in the rooms . Save yourself the trouble of dealing with an idiot owner!!
