  For the nature lover, Casa Montezuma is perfect. It is neat, clean and accommodating. The full kitchen is excellent. The bedrooms are cozy. The management is attentive and takes excellent care of its guests' needs. The whole place is so peaceful! And it's just a short walk to the beach. Monkeys, coatis, raccoons, etc., roam throughout the grounds as if they own the place. Maybe they do! I would highly recommend Casa Montezuma to anyone who wishes to have a memorable and positive experience in Costa Rica!

  Where to start?
  All of the listed amenities are true and accurate and the extras like included bicycles and a local cell phone are absolutely invaluable assets for an awesome vacation.
  
  The house itself is amazing! The photos don't do it justice. It stays cool from shade during the hot days and has tons of space. At one point we had 5 people staying and it never felt crowded. The grounds and beautifully manicured and there is even a starfruit tree you can eat from. There is clean water and the place is so well maintained. The weekly house cleaning is so nice and our hosts even replaced a blender late in our stay when it had a glitch.
  
  The location is really ideal as you get to be halfway between the two local towns of Montezuma and Cabuya and the house is like a 2 minute walk to the beach, and the walks contain incredible animal sightings nearly every time as an added perk.
  
  The hosts(Donna and Tito) and simply wonderful. We had the good fortune of staying at CasaMontezuma for a month and for the entire time from arrival to departure they were more than could be reasonably hoped for. Both are endlessly helpful and informative, and friendly and entertaining as well. Several times during our stay Donna gave us rides and assisted with day trip plans and arrangements that would have otherwise been less successful. I have stayed in Costa Rica before in rental houses with other close by owner/caretakers and these guys are really the best.
  
  Also, last but not least, aside from all the wild animals around there also are two awe inspiring dogs and a very charming pig who live with Donna and Tito and these 3 make for unforgettable ambassadors to CasaMontezuma. Book with confidence!!!!
