I really like this hotel. It's my new go to whenever we head to san Jose. The price is right, .the staff are very welcoming and speak English. Rooms are very cozy and clean with everything you need. I would recommend for sure

Now this place is very nice , and affordable . I always get an awesome price through Expedia , I’ve stayed here for as much as $48 per night , or $0 using just a small amount of my Expedia points. Don’t let the low price fool you . It’s the ONLY place I stay while in the Santa Ana area in Costa Rica . Clean safe , quite , friendly staff , pets are allowed , and they offer $20 airport shuttle . About a 30minute drive to SJO airport . Depending on traffic .

Very nice and affordable! This hotel is located by the mountains in Santa Ana.. 30m away from the airport. The hotel room was clean and the staff was super nice. If you go, check out City Place (a small mall with movie theater) and Taco Bar, which has amazing food.

We needed a place close to the airport to stay because our flight was arriving in Costa Rica very late. We found Hotel Luisiana through a few Google searches and it had great reviews. The hotel is described accurately. It's clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff even stayed up late to make sure we got into our room. We appreciated this great place to stay on our first night in Costa Rica.

Usually a very good place to stay. For some reason the internet was spotty on this past visit. Very reasonable and clean. Sometimes you get differing answers to questions based on who is behind the desk. Be sure to bring your passports (including kids) as they need copies.

The hotel is a beautiful building in the area of Santa Ana. The staff is really nice and bilingual. The rooms far exceeded my expectations. Not a lot of big box traffic, just simple, clean and elegant rooms. There is a bit of construction but not at all an inconvenience. 30 minutes from downtown San Jose and 24 from airport.

We had a wonderful stay here in April. The people were pleasant, the rooms and decor were very nice. The only complaint was the construction going on behind the hotel, but that can't be held against this establishment.

Very dissatisfied with the whole time because my husband and I were forced to climb three flight of stairs or pay a lot more money to be moved to another room as told by the owner of the hotel.no consideration for seniors with medical problems.

I chose your hotel because Jet Blue offered it in their packages and the reviews looked appealingbut like some of the other unhappy guests who stayed in your hotel.the reviews are all lies.
The toilets are all problems as well as taking showers.

Take my advice and upgrade your old beds among other stuff because you have got good employees.

I'm writing this review from my beautiful room. The service tonight was top notch. We had dinner here as we were tired from our flight, the Costa Rica style chicken parmesan did not disappoint, add a couple imperials(local beer) to wash it down, perfect. Staff is amazing, rooms are beautiful, the garden and pool are well groomed and beautiful as well.

Excellent customer service, installations and facilities. Perfectly clean and well organized. Great place to stay with your family. Also has a nice google TV, and rooms are spacious.

A very welcoming hotel. Very clean calm atmosphere. The service is good the rooms very spacious and clean.
A choice of three breakfasts very simple and tasty.
The staff is friendly and there is a private parking area where only guests are allowed to park very convenient. The price is more than fair. Highly recommended

This is a great hotel in Santa Ana just outside San Jose. Very nice, quiet, and comfortable with friendly staff. Good location away from San Jose traffic. Perfect base for your Costa Rica excursions.

Fairly comfy. Nice pool. Cons were we were almost the only guests but they still made us wait two hours for one of the many, many available rooms. Breakfast not disgusting by any means but somewhat disappointing.
