Wouldn't even be a three star here in the states but the staff was friendly and always on call. Breakfast and dinner were pretty good.

Quaint place. Friendly, courteous, helpful staff, great breakfast. Clean, comfortable rooms. Close to Centro. Tour buses come directly to hotel punctually before your tour.

There were multiple items that led to the two-star review. I was debating rating this hotel a one-star based on the fact that the bed mattress felt VERY old and compressed to the point where you could feel every spring, but the hotel staff were incredibly wonderful people, and very accomodating and helpful. The toilet would never flush the first time, the hand towel hanger was above the toilet paper hanger (which caused the toilet paper to get wet when reaching for the towel, and there was no decent place to relocate the towel), the toilet paper fell off the holder easily and fell into the trashcan below, and the out-building our room was in did not seem sturdy enough to withstand the high-velocity wind conditions (it would vibrate and shake with the wind and the high-low wind pressure would suck through the room).

Very basic accommodations. Hard mattress without pillow top. Not finding a heater or an air conditioner in my room. Restaurant has food of moderate taste. Not great, but not terrible. They take the concept of slow service to entirely new and prolonged levels. It's chilly here tonight. Fortunately, they do provide sufficient blankets. No Wi-Fi in the room. There is a small refrigerator and a coffee maker. The room has a slightly musty smell. The toilet paper is very basic. On the other hand, the place is clean, and the staff people were friendly and helpful.

Rooms are very very nice, great for a romantic gateway, prices are good, very nice breakfast, but in top of everything the crew here is awesome, they did.everything they could to make my stay here great, really live savers

More like a motel at hotel price, it's hard to describe it as a typical hotel. Small single room w a tiny washroom. Rooms for 3 people are bigger so maybe not so bad for families. Old facilities, no AC/heat. No soundproof. Staff start getting ready for the day at 4:30am and that's when I had to wake up too since I could hear everything outside from my room located near the entrance. You can hear someone in another room snoring across the hall. 15-20 min walk from the town. Decent cocktails though.

Hotel wasn't very bad or good either. Breakfast was better than expected. Room was without air con. TV had no remote, room was somewhat dirty (cobwebs and dust), in bathroom was only soap and no shampoo.
